Abstract Introduction: Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) has been associated with an increased risk of postpartum depressive symptoms, while maternal vitamin D status may also be related to perinatal mood disturbances. This study investigated the association between first-trimester serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] concentrations and Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS)-positive postpartum depressive symptoms in women with GDM.

1 Introduction Acral fibrochondromyxoid tumor (AFCMT) is a rare, recently recognized matrix-rich soft tissue neoplasm characterized by a distinctive THBS1::ADGRF5 gene fusion [1]. Although the basic clinicopathological features of AFCMT, such as acral location, well-circumscribed multinodular architecture, and CD34 and ERG expression, are increasingly documented, the clinical diagnostic utility and differential diagnostic significance of this fusion remain to be further established.
