Myeloid STING-ZBP1 Axis Drives Atherosclerosis by Inducing Macrophage PANoptosis
Abstract Atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammatory disease in which dysregulated programmed cell death (PCD) critically contributes to plaque progression and instability. PANoptosis, an integrated inflammatory cell death pathway encompassing apoptosis, pyroptosis, and necroptosis, has recently emerged as a key regulator of inflammatory diseases. However, its contribution to atherosclerosis and the underlying regulatory mechanisms remain poorly defined.

WHY COOKING AT HOME IS BETTER THAN EATING OUT
This semester, I finally moved out from dorm life to an apartment off-campus. One of the biggest lifestyle changes this involved was my cooking habits, as I needed to cook frequently in order to live on my own. This was a big contrast compared to my lifestyle habits last year, where I never needed to cook. While many college students — like I was last year — rely on quick and easy meals, like takeout food, there are several advantages to regularly eating in that often outweigh eating out.

HOW TO TRULY LOCK IN
This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UC Berkeley chapter and does not reflect the views of Her Campus. We all know that feeling - the sinking dread that settles in your stomach when you realize that it's already 8:00pm, and you're still working on the assignment that's supposed to be submitted in four hours (and was supposed to be finished yesterday, if everything went to plan).

A LOVE LETTER TO OUR CHERRY BLOSSOM TREES
It was an overcast day in May when I first stepped foot on UC Berkeley’s campus. The gunmetal sky blotted out all traces of warmth or sunlight, painting Wheeler Hall in an inauspicious cement gray. The sandals I wore squelched as I trudged up the hilly side of the campus, and my ankles were freezing from the chilled rainwater. What an ugly place to live in for the next few years, I remember thinking to myself.
HOW TO WAKE UP EARLY(IER) IN THE MORNING
Few things in life are better than sleeping in. However, there are also few things that make us more productive than waking up early in the morning. This is something I discovered after having a series of days where I woke up early over winter break. I’ve recently been able to establish a morning routine because I’ve been waking up early at the exact same time every day, but this newfound routine didn’t start because of me.
LncRNA ENSSSCG00000035331 Alleviates Hippocampal Neuronal Ferroptosis and Brain Injury Following Porcine Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation by Regulating the miR‐let7a/GPX4 Axis
1 Introduction Cardiac arrest (CA) survivors frequently suffer from severe brain injury after restoring spontaneous circulation from cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) [1]. Post-resuscitation brain injury has become the primary cause of mortality and morbidity at the stage of post-resuscitation care in CA victims [2]. Although therapeutic hypothermia is always recommended to alleviate post-resuscitation brain injury in clinical guidelines; however, its therapeutic efficacy is limited [3, 4].

The silicone depletion in combination products induced by biologics
Ready-to use primary packaging systems like pre-filled syringes are of particular importance for biopharmaceuticals as they enable the patient to administer the drug by himself, ease application for health care professionals and improve drug safety. A critical aspect in this context is the presence of silicone oil (SO) in the drug product [1], [2], [3].
Importance of Persistent Right-to-Left Shunt After Patent Foramen Ovale Closure in Cryptogenic Stroke Patients
Percutaneous closure of patent foramen ovale (PFO) is widely performed to prevent recurrent stroke or transient ischemic attack in patients with cryptogenic stroke. However, the influence of different degrees of right-to-left shunting (RLS) has rarely been reported. We retrospectively evaluated the cases of 268 patients with cryptogenic stroke who underwent PFO closure at our hospital from April 2012 through April 2015.
SRS 16‐86 promotes diabetic nephropathy recovery by regulating ferroptosis
1 INTRODUCTION Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is a common complication of type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) (Li et al., 2022). DN affects approximately 40% of people with DM and is the primary cause of chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease worldwide (Tu et al., 2021). Glomerular destruction leads to kidney damage, proteinuria and hypertension (Samsu, 2021). The pathogenesis of DN involves several forms of programmed cell death, such as apoptosis, autophagy and necrosis.

Hyperbolic photonic topological insulators - Nature Communications
Abstract Topological photonics provides a new degree of freedom to robustly control electromagnetic fields. To date, most of established topological states in photonics have been employed in Euclidean space. Motivated by unique properties of hyperbolic lattices, which are regular tessellations in non-Euclidean space with a constant negative curvature, the boundary-dominated hyperbolic topological states have been proposed.
