It’s so fundamental to the country that it’s written into the first article of the Constitution. This time, in a rare move, states across the country are redrawing those lines mid-decade. At the urging of President Donald Trump, Republican-led states, including Texas and Missouri, have redrawn their congressional maps ahead of the midterm elections.
