This session, a bill working its way through the Arizona Legislature, aiming to break down barriers for homeowners and renters to adopt big dogs (over 40 pounds), failed in the Senate. Barney spoke to Makayla Goos about the resources this would’ve opened up for animal lovers throughout Arizona.

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - The beloved ‘Locals Eat Locals’ sticker hunt campaign from the Oro Valley Chamber of Commerce is returning again this summer. After raising $14,700 last summer in local sales, President and CEO Kristen Sharp said they had to bring the summer event back this year. Residents can visit any of the 25 participating restaurants in Oro Valley to pick up a custom, limited edition sticker, no purchase necessary.
