And some of them may need medical attention along the way. Adam Haut, MercyOne Genesis Director of EMS Transport, is one of the people in charge of the MercyOne Genesis Medical Tent. He says training before the race is important as well as hydration. He adds some runners try to beat the clock and push themselves too hard.

New study finds coffee is good for your liver Original

DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) -A new study suggests coffee could be good for your liver. It was a large study involving 350-thousand people over 10 years. The study found that while any coffee seemed to provide a health benefit, drinking five or more cups a day could be more beneficial with a 32-percent lower chance of cirrhosis and a 47-percent lower risk of liver cancer. Researchers say the benefit might be from antioxidants since decaf drinkers saw similar results.
