WEST CHESTER TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) - Over the years, Greater Cincinnati cyclist Bob Hutt has repaired hundreds of used bicycles to give away, most of them to children in need. “You can let your mind go free,” said Bob, a lifelong cyclist. “This makes him very happy,” said his wife, Donna Hutt. Bob said his wife encourages him to spend time doing what he loves.
