MEDINA, Ohio — Jeff Makkos of Middleburg Heights was working nearby when a meteor exploded over Medina County on St. Patrick's Day. "I heard it and felt it," Makkos recalled. This self-employed construction guy searched each day Wednesday through Sunday, finding only a small meteorite. But then, everything changed. "I had a dream that Monday night that I would find another piece, and it told me right where to go." He had already gotten permission from the property owner on Saturday to search.
