Deputies initially responded to an area near Highway EE and Low Gap Road after a caller reported a suspicious parked vehicle, according to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department. The caller told dispatchers that he saw a small U-Haul towing a vehicle, with both cab doors open and a man inside.

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (First Alert 4) - An investigation is underway after officers called to a “sick case” found a man shot in North St. Louis County, who later died from his injuries. According to the St. Louis County Police Department, officers were called to the 2100 block of Empire Court at around 7:50 p.m. on Saturday for a report of a “sick case.” When officers arrived, they found Darren Henderson, 43, of the 2100 block of Empire Court in St. Louis, with gunshot wounds.

ST. CLAIR, Ill. (First Alert 4) - One person died, and several others were injured following a four-vehicle crash south of Freeburg on Sunday. The crash occurred at 6:40 p.m. on Illinois Route 13 south of Red Ray Mine Road, according to Illinois State Police. Emergency responders declared one person at the scene dead. Five other people were injured and were taken to the hospital.

According to court records, 29-year-old Lagerald Vick allegedly shot a man during an argument at a Fourth of July party. Vick allegedly approached the victim at the party and the two started arguing.
