Man in custody after making threats against Delco's St. Pius X Church: Police

A man is in custody and facing felony charges for making terroristic threats against St. Pius X Church in Marple Township in Delaware County, police said Tuesday. Cristopher Henderson, a 37-year-old man from Exton, is being held on $500,000 bail for "some alarming social media posts directed towards St. Pius X," police said.

Tractor trailer overturns near Philadelphia Museum of Art

A tractor trailer overturned near the Philadelphia Museum of Art on Tuesday. SkyForce10 was over the scene around 5 p.m. showing the truck on its side underneath an overpass near MLK Drive and Schuylkill River Trail. Officials have not revealed the cause of the crash or if anyone was seriously injured. The entrance to MLK Drive from Eakins Oval is currently closed due to the crash. This story is developing. 22-year-old Penn State student shot and killed outside home in South Philly

A 22-year-old Penn State student was shot and killed after an apparent robbery as he walked home early Saturday in South Philadelphia, according to police. The shooting happened around 1:30 a.m. near 20th and Durfor streets. Police said the victim, identified by family as Billy Schmidt, was rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center about 17 minutes after the incident but did not survive.
