Kansas City Northland streetlight banners costing taxpayers more than $16,000 now mostly missing

Matt Flener A majority of the 250 streetlight banners installed more than two years ago to promote Kansas City in the Northland have either fallen or blown away. Those banners, costing taxpayers $16,380, are mostly missing along streetlights in the Northland in three highly visible areas.
