(KMOV) - The former St. Charles City police chief is continuing to receive payments from the city under a separation agreement while also starting a new police chief job in Indiana, according to our sister station First Alert 4 Investigates. An outside source familiar with the St. Charles Police Department, who asked to remain anonymous for fear of retaliation, said they were shocked Chief Raymond Juengst had a new job, given allegations against him.

GRANITE CITY, Ill. (First Alert 4) - A member of Congress says recent life-safety issues reported inside Gateway Regional Medical Center are “deeply disturbing” and “completely unacceptable.” Rep. Nikki Budzinski, D-IL-13th District, spoke with First Alert 4 about concerns over the Granite City hospital's ability to pay employees and bills. “It's just deeply disturbing and completely unacceptable.
