Organizers of the event say it will feature stunning lantern displays in the Turtle Bay Arboretum and Gardens near the Sundial Bridge. Gas utility repairs to affect Redding intersection for 2 weeks
REDDING, Calif. - PG&E will conduct routine gas main maintenance on Churn Creek Road, causing intermittent traffic control at the intersection of Hartnell Avenue. The work is scheduled from April 21, through April 23, and again from April 27, through May 8. Crews will work between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. each night. During these hours, contractors will repair gas utility infrastructure at 2998 Churn Creek Road. Emergency service vehicles will have access to the area during work hours.

Zhenxing "Danny" Wang, 39, and Kejia "Tony" Wang, 42, both of New Jersey, were alleged middlemen in an elaborate conspiracy that involved tricking Fortune 500 companies to hire overseas tech workers who stole the identities of various Americans.
