LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - The Louisiana Third Circuit Court of Appeals has reversed the length of a jail sentence for Lake Charles attorney Christian Chesson, who was held in direct contempt for recording inside a courtroom during a recusal hearing in his own custody case. Christian Chesson On May 29, Chesson was sentenced to 10 days in jail by Judge Cynthia Guillory. But 7News learned this week that the circumstances did not support a 10-day sentence.
