Martin LaMonica’s Biography
Since 2021, I've Director of Newsletters and Editorial Projects at The Conversation U.S. Before then, I worked as the Deputy Managing Editor, helping grow and set editorial direction for the site after the site's initial launch in 2014.
Before joining The Conversation, I was a Boston-based journalist covering technology, science and business. I was a contributing editor for MIT Technology Review and wrote regularly on energy and other topics for IEEE Spectrum, the Boston Globe, Guardian Sustainable Business, Greentech Media, Xconomy and others.
In the past, I covered green tech and the IT industry at CNET. I worked at IDG as executive editor of a technology news site and weekly.
