I was born in Buffalo and I'm a proud urban pioneer in the city’s Old First Ward neighborhood. I have the rare distinction of having lived in every part of the city: North Buffalo, east side, west side, OFW, and Black Rock. Artvoice, published my photo essay column for 13 years: 1990 until I went to Parsons. I covered art events/politics/concerts, everything.

Absolutely – manual, and The IBM Selectric.
