A local-update tree-based routing algorithm for WSNs
Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are self-organizing systems composed of numerous randomly deployed sensor nodes designed to monitor, collect, and transmit information. Characterized by advantages such as low power consumption, cost-effectiveness, and flexible network architecture, WSNs have gained extensive applications across various domains including military operations, healthcare, power systems, commercial settings, and environmental monitoring.

Frontiers | Upregulation of interferon-γ activation in patients with anti-interferon-γ autoantibodies immunodeficiency syndrome: insights from single-cell analysis
Introduction Anti-interferon-γ autoantibodies (AIGAs) immunodeficiency syndrome is an emerging immunodeficiency disorder primarily affecting adults, characterized by opportunistic disseminated infections due to neutralizing AIGAs (1, 2). Interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), which is mainly secreted by macrophages, CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, and natural killer (NK) cells, plays a crucial role in immune responses and defense against intracellular pathogen infections (3).
High-Performance Indigenous Lactiplantibacillus plantarum Strains for Enhanced Malolactic Fermentation and Wine Quality
You are already at the latest version Malolactic fermentation (MLF), a key enological process for wine deacidification, and aroma and flavor development, is predominantly mediated by lactic acid bacteria. This study characterized 342 indigenous Lactiplantibacillus plantarum (L. plantarum), a potential starter species underexploited for MLF, isolates from China’s Jiaodong Peninsula wine regions through polyphasic analysis.
Uncertainty-aware Fourier ptychography - Light: Science & Applications
Abstract Fourier ptychography (FP) offers both wide field-of-view and high-resolution holographic imaging, making it valuable for applications ranging from microscopy and X-ray imaging to remote sensing. However, its practical implementation remains challenging due to the requirement for precise numerical forward models that accurately represent real-world imaging systems.
Comprehensive molecular profiling of FH-deficient renal cell carcinoma identifies molecular subtypes and potential therapeutic targets - Nature Communications
Abstract Fumarate hydratase-deficient renal cell carcinoma (FH-deficient RCC) is a rare yet highly lethal kidney cancer. To deepen our understanding of FH-deficient RCC, we conduct a comprehensive integrated genomic study. We analyze the association of FH alteration patterns with tumor heterogeneity and develop a CpG site-specific methylation signature for precise identification of FH-deficient RCC.

Conventional lensless imaging systems require complex phase diversity measurements and sequential processing steps, limiting their practical application despite their compact design. We present a differentiable end-to-end pixel-super-resolution (dPSR) technique that unifies PSR hologram synthesis, autofocusing, and complex-field reconstruction within a single optimization framework.

Ptychographic wavefront cameras
We introduce a snapshot wavefront camera capable of reconstructing the complex field of an object with near quantum-limited accuracy. This system incorporates a diffraction grating at the entrance aperture and an array of cameras positioned to align with the grating orders, capturing the field with varying impulse responses. The camera effectively reconstructs both the amplitude and phase of the object.

Tool Wear State Recognition Based on One-Dimensional Convolutional Channel Attention
1. Introduction The high-speed contact between the cutting edge and the workpiece surface during the cutting process leads to increasing tool wear, which can affect the machining accuracy [1]. In particular, excessive tool wear can lead to waste due to unmet manufacturing requirements for the workpiece [2]. Tool wear state recognition allows real-time monitoring of tool wear for tool replacement and maintenance to avoid production interruptions and cost losses due to severe tool wear [3].
Facile Preparation of a Photo-Cross-Linked Silk Fibroin-Poly Ionic Liquid Hydrogel with Antifreezing and Ion Conductive Properties
The silk fibroin (SF)/ionic liquid (IL) based hydrogel is a kind of remarkable substrate for flexible devices because of its subzero-temperature elasticity, electrical conductivity, and water retention, although the procedure of the gelation is considered complex and time-consuming.

Can digital skill protect against job displacement risk caused by artificial intelligence? Empirical evidence from 701 detailed occupations
4.4. Robustness tests Most related studies usually have used the displacement probability estimated by Frey and Osborne. To make the results more reliable, we decide to test the robustness of the results using different measurement of displacement risk. According to Manyika et al. [33] found some sectors have more automatable activities than others after comparing the automation potential of 19 selected sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, real estate, educational services and so on.

Large field-of-view holographic display by gapless splicing of multisegment cylindrical holograms
Abstract A holographic three-dimensional (3D) display is a recognized and ideal 3D display technology. In the field of holographic research, cylindrical holography with the merit of 360° field of view (FOV) has recently become a hot issue, as it naturally solves the problem of limited FOV in planar holography. The recently proposed approximate phase compensation (APC) method successfully obtains larger FOV and fast generation of segment cylindrical hologram (SCH) in the visible light band.

Boundary Layer Tuning Induced Fast and High Performance Perovskite Film Precipitation by Facile One-step Solution Engineering
As promising highly-efficient and low-cost photovoltaic devices, perovskite solar cells must be of compact and pin-hole free perovskite films. One-step solution engineering is a most efficient and low-cost precipitation of high quality perovskite film. However, the uncontrollable precipitating and pin-hole containing perovskite film makes this one-step solution engineering a great challenge.
