State estimation for distributed drive agricultural electric vehicles in complex mountain environments
Abstract Accurate and reliable state estimation is a fundamental prerequisite for ensuring the high-precision autonomous navigation and driving stability of large agricultural machinery during complex field operations. To address the sharp accuracy degradation of traditional algorithms under severe nonlinear dynamics and abnormal measurement disturbances, an enhanced square-root cubature Kalman filter (SRCKF) is proposed.

Routing and cascades reduce tool-agent cost by transferring control across models, but stateful handoffs must preserve accepted choices, realized effects, and unfinished obligations. We formulate this as commitment-constrained residual completion and introduce Commitment-Frontier Residual Completion (CFRC).
A novel bispecific antibody targeting Frizzled7/PD-L1 overcomes NSCLC resistance to atezolizumab by reprogramming tumor microenvironment
Abstract Immunotherapy efficacy in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) remains limited, and aberrant activation of the Wnt/β‑Catenin pathway plays a significant role. However, the precise involvement of its receptor, Frizzled7 (Fzd7), in immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI)-resistance remains unexplored.
Dose–response association and predictive value of plasma aldosterone concentration for cardiometabolic multimorbidity in patients with hypertension: a retrospective cohort study
Abstract Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between cardiometabolic multimorbidity (CMM) and plasma aldosterone concentration (PAC) among patients with hypertension, to characterize the potential dose–response pattern, and to assess whether the inclusion of PAC into a conventional risk model improves risk reclassification and clinical utility.

Plasma aldosterone concentration and valvular heart disease in hypertensive patients: a large cross-sectional study
Abstract Prior research has demonstrated that plasma aldosterone concentration (PAC) is critically involved in cardiovascular disease (CVD). However, investigations specifically focusing on its association with valvular heart disease (VHD) remain limited. To address this gap in knowledge, this study aims to examine the relationship between PAC and VHD in hypertensive patients. The analysis included data from 35,622 hospitalized patients between January 2010 and February 2025.

Anode-induced arylthiol-amine cross-coupling: A nontraditional strategy to access sulfinamides
Abstract Sulfinamides are ubiquitous structures among natural products and biologically active compounds. Generic synthetic methods for sulfinamides remain elusive because the preparation of sulfoxide precursors is notoriously difficult. Direct construction of S─N bonds represents a highly efficient economical method to access these sulfinamides.

THz narrowband filters are essential for various applications. Currently, they often suffer from substrate-induced parasitic losses and interference, stringent collimation requirements imposed by angle-dependent resonance excitation, and cumbersome peripheral optical components due to reflection-mode operation.

METTL14‐Mediated M6A Modification of LINC01094 Induces Glucose Metabolic Reprogramming in Breast Cancer by Recruiting the PKM2/JMJD5 Complex
1 Introduction Breast cancer (BC) is the most common malignancy worldwide.[1] The morbidity and mortality of BC increase annually, making it a major threat to health.[2] Patients with early non-metastatic BC can be cured, but advanced BC with distant metastases is considered incurable.[3] BC is highly heterogeneous, and the treatment strategies for BC vary according to molecular features.[4] Thus, identifying relevant biomarkers and developing therapeutic targets for intervention in advanced...

Full article: Long-Term Survival Following Cladribine Containing Pretransplant Regimen for Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation in Disseminated Interdigitating Dendritic Cell Sarcoma: A Case Report and Literature Review
Abstract Interdigitating dendritic cell sarcoma (IDCS) is an exceedingly rare hematological neoplasm arising from dendritic cells that presents significant diagnostic and therapeutic challenges, particularly in cases of disseminated disease. Here, a 33-year-old woman presented with discomfort of the left pharynx accompanied by nasopharyngeal and cervical mass for 3 months.

Remote Radical Alkynylation of Unactivated C(sp3)−H Bonds of Ethynesulfonamides
Remote Radical Alkynylation of Unactivated C(sp3)−H Bonds of Ethynesulfonamides We report an efficient protocol for the construction of δ-alkynyl amides via 1,5-hydrogen atom transfer and alkynyl group transfer of ethynesulfonamides. The readily installed ethynesulfonamides serve as both amidyl radical precursor and alkyne source. This reaction features excellent site selectivity for tertiary, secondary, primary, and benzylic C(sp3)–H bonds.

Introduction Interdigitating dendritic cell sarcoma (IDCS) is an exceedingly rare and highly invasive hematopoietic neoplasm that mainly originates from interdigitating dendritic cells (IDCs). To date, few cases of IDCS have been reported, and knowledge of this disease is limited.1,2 Due to the rarity of IDCS, there is no consensus on a standard treatment strategy and current treatments are disappointing.

Understanding and Applying Donor Number of Electrolytes in Lithium Metal Batteries
Understanding and Applying Donor Number of Electrolytes in Lithium Metal Batteries Donor number (DN) serves as a metric for describing the basicity of a solvent or anion and delineates the tendency to donate electrons to electron acceptors. In this review, we make a systematic summarize on its derivation, determination methods and elucidate its impact on the performance of lithium metal batteries (LMBs).
