Mechanisms of XCR1 Membrane Trafficking and Constitutive Endocytosis
1 Introduction and Background Chemokines are key regulators of immune functions and are involved in several proinflammatory and autoimmune diseases. Through the activation of chemokine receptors on the cell surface, chemokines stimulate intracellular signalling pathways, ultimately driving directed cell migration in the direction of chemokine gradients.
Fear of progression as a mediator between symptom burden and social alienation in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy
Abstract Chemotherapy is one of the main treatment methods for lung cancer patients, but it brings a serious symptom burden to patients. Previous studies have shown that symptom burden may lead to social alienation, but the underlying mechanism of this relationship is not yet fully understood. This study aims to explore the mediating effect of fear of progression (FoP) between symptom burden and social alienation in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
骨多肽调控BMP/Smads/RUNX2通路减轻氧化损伤改善大鼠骨质疏松
Abstract: Objective: To explore whether osteopeptide (GDT) exerts a protective effect on osteoporotic rats by reducing oxidative damage through the BMP/Smads/RUNX2 pathway. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, alendronate group (1.33 mg/kg), and osteopeptide low, medium and high dose groups (50, 100, 200 mg/kg). After 2 weeks of retinoic acid modeling, the rats were continuously administered by gavage for 4 weeks.
Astragalus polysaccharide antagonized anti PD-1 efficacy in melanoma through inhibiting JAK-STAT1/CIITA and TLR/NF-κB signaling
Abstract Objective: Advanced melanoma remains a major clinical challenge due to resistance to immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs, e.g., anti PD-1). Astragalus Polysaccharide (APS) is a clinically approved immunomodulator for cancer treatment. However, its interaction with anti PD-1 remains largely unknown. This study aims to explore the efficacy and underlying mechanism of APS combined with anti PD-1 in melanoma.
Overall Survival With Pyrotinib Plus Capecitabine Versus Lapatinib Plus Capecitabine in HER2-Positive Metastatic Breast Cancer: A Single-Center Pooled Analysis
1 Introduction HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer (MBC) exhibits aggressive biological behavior and is associated with a relatively poor prognosis [1-3]. The introduction of various HER2-targeted agents, including trastuzumab, pertuzumab, trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1), trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd), and small-molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), has substantially extended median survival compared with the era prior to HER2-directed therapy [4, 5].

Unified multimodal learning for stroke triage: joint detection, scoring, and segmentation of acute ischemic stroke
Abstract Timely and accurate triage of acute ischemic stroke patients remains a critical challenge in clinical practice, particularly across heterogeneous imaging protocols and multicenter settings. Existing approaches often focus on isolated tasks such as large-vessel occlusion detection, collateral scoring, or infarct segmentation, leading to fragmented pipelines with limited generalizability and increased latency.
Fractional CO 2 Laser Treatment for Female Vaginal Relaxation Syndrome: A Prospective Study
1 Introduction Vaginal relaxation syndrome (VRS) refers to a reduction in vaginal contractility resulting from injury, degeneration, or weakening of the connective tissues supporting the vaginal wall and pelvic structures. Clinical manifestations may include widening of the vaginal introitus and a sensation of vaginal looseness or air passage. In more severe cases, VRS can lead to diminished sexual sensation and reduced quality of sexual life.

Frontiers | Predictors of functional deterioration from 90 days to 1 year after endovascular treatment for vertebrobasilar artery occlusion: a multicenter retrospective study
1 Introduction VBAO represents the most lethal subtype of acute posterior circulation stroke. Although it accounts for only approximately 1% of all ischemic strokes and 5–10% of large vessel occlusion strokes (1, 2), it carries a devastatingly high mortality rate of 40–60% (3–5). Even when patients survive, they frequently suffer severe disability, significantly diminishing quality of life and imposing substantial burdens on both families and society.
Histological analysis of thrombus composition in acute ischemic stroke with large vessel occlusion: impact of r-tPA treatment
Introduction Prior to 2015, as the mechanical thrombectomy (MT) technology remained imperfect and its therapeutic effectiveness had not been extensively validated, there was a paucity of research focusing on the pathological characteristics of thrombi (Staessens et al., 2021).
