ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in finding 88-year-old Roland A. Dauber from Victor. Missing person: Roland Dauber He was last seen by his neighbors on July 16. The time he left his house at 21 Hillcrest Drive in Victor is unknown. He is described as white, 5’11”, 160 pounds, with blue eyes and white hair. He drives a 2014 red Hyundai Accent and mostly stays in the Victor area. OCSO says he is unstable on his feet and typically uses a walker.

NBT Bank is expanding in Rochester with new office and hub

Reagan Hillman ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — NBT Bank is expanding in Rochester. NBT Bank will be opening a Rochester Financial Center at CityGate and a new retail banking office in Gates. Construction of the 16,060-square-foot Financial Center, serving as a regional hub for NBT employees, will be completed in phases, with initial occupancy expected in late 2027 and full completion by 2028. It will be located at 422 Henrietta Avenue and housed in the last remaining structure from the former Lola campus.
