To determine which brain cell types are most affected by NAXD loss and whether specific stress pathways are activated, we performed single-nuclei RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) on whole brains from P5 Naxd KO and control mice, with or without daily vitamin B3 supplementation (n = 4 per group) (see data and code availability). After quality control and normalization (Figure S4), the dataset contained 393,197 nuclei.
