P7C3-A20 pharmacokinetics and binding analysis P7C3-A20 levels in mouse plasma and brain were monitored by LC-MS/MS using an AB Sciex (Framingham, MA) Triple Quad 4500 mass spectrometer coupled to a Shimadzu (Columbia, MD) Prominence LC. P7C3-A20 was detected with the mass spectrometer in positive MRM (multiple reaction monitoring) mode by following the precursor to fragment ion transitions 507.1 to 204.3 (quantifier ion) and 507.1 to 136.2 (qualifier ion).
