ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - An Odessa tire shop owner says he lost $32,000 after customers purchased semi-truck tires using credit cards, then disputed the charges after receiving the merchandise. Jamal Abed, owner of J & J Auto Village LLC, said the scheme began last year when he started receiving phone calls from customers looking to buy semi-truck tires.
