Photocluster catalytic oxidation enabled by structurally precise copper-hydride nanoclusters
Abstract The utilization of light energy emerges as a prominent strategy to boost nanocluster catalysis, spurring rapid growth in the field termed photocluster catalysis. In particular, structurally well-defined copper-hydride nanoclusters attract attention as promising photocluster catalysts for organic synthesis. Herein, we report Cu13H6 exhibits excellent activity for photocatalytic α-C–H oxidation, revealing great potential in oxidation chemistry.
A health ecological model study of subjective cognitive decline among hypertensive patients in rural Shanxi, China
Abstract Hypertension and subjective cognitive decline (SCD) frequently co-occur, consistent with broader multimorbidity patterns observed in aging populations and highlighting the need for targeted assessment of associated factors. This study aimed to test the hypothesis that multi-level factors across the five Health Ecological Model (HEM) layers are independently associated with SCD among hypertensive patients in rural China, and to identify specific associated factors within each layer.
Tunable Surface Chemistry of Molten Salt Derived MXenes for Data-Driven Electrochemical Materials Discovery
1 Introduction Among the rapidly expanding family of two-dimensional materials, MXenes have emerged as a versatile class with broad applications in energy storage, catalysis, water purification, and sensing [1]. Their mechanical robustness, metallic conductivity, and layered structure with high and tunable surface area underpin their functional performance across these applications [2].

Large-scale integrated optoelectronic chaos for machine learning acceleration
Abstract Chaos has emerged as a useful resource for machine learning, yet traditional nonlinear circuits face speed bottlenecks. Optical chaos sources offer an attractive alternative with ultra-wideband operation and massive parallelism, but existing schemes must trade single-channel throughput against multi-channel scalability. Here, we demonstrate an integrated microcomb-optoelectronic chaos engine (iMOCE).

Endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced histone lactylation mediating immune escape of gastric cancer via PDIA6 overexpression in dendritic cells
Abstract Gastric cancer is one of the most prevalent cancers worldwide and is associated with a high mortality rate. Although immunotherapy has achieved some success for many tumor types, the limited response of gastric cancer to immunotherapy poses a challenge. Lactylation is a recently proposed post-translational modification derived from lactate that plays a key role in many physiological processes.
Strategic synthesis of FLPClusters toward catalysis
Abstract FLPClusters, which are structurally precise metal clusters incorporating Frustrated Lewis Pairs (FLPs), represent a promising class of FLP catalysts. Although FLPClusters have emerged only recently, their precise and strategic synthesis remains underdeveloped. Herein, we report the approach for the strategic synthesis of FLPClusters featuring well-defined, tailorable, and accessible FLP active sites.
Photosynergetic ligand-exchange for modular synthesis of copper nanoclusters - Nature Communications
Abstract The abundance, low cost, and distinctive properties of copper are driving increased interest in copper nanoclusters. However, modular synthesis of such clusters remains underdeveloped. Here, we report a modular strategy for constructing copper nanoclusters via the synergistic combination of photochemical activation and nanoscale ligand-exchange.
Association between homocysteine and severe cerebral small vessel disease burden in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus
Highlights ● The study found that higher serum Hcy levels were associated with an increased burden of cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD) in individuals with type 2 diabetes mellitus. ● Subgroup analysis revealed that the link between Hcy and severe CSVD was particularly pronounced in patients with a lower BMI. ● The findings suggest that monitoring Hcy levels could help identify T2DM patients at higher risk of CSVD, especially those with lower BMI.

Superconducting properties of rare-earth boron hydrides at high pressure studied by first-principles calculations
It is a long-thought proposal that dense light-element molecular hydrides, such as diborane (B2H6) and methane (CH4), offer an ideal platform to search for phonon-mediated superconductors. However, these hydrides are often unstable under sufficiently high pressure, e.g., B2H6 decomposed into BH and H2 at pressures of above 153 GPa, which are unlikely to exhibit high superconductivity.
Interplay of structure and superconductivity in \ensuremath{\alpha}-SnS tuned by pressure
The emergent structure under high pressure introduces a distinctive lattice arrangement, deviating from conventional configurations and offering a unique landscape for exploring intriguing properties, especially in the domain of superconductivity. Here, we have systematically investigated the structural evolution and electrical properties of α-SnS under high pressure.

Flat-field superresolution structured illumination microscopy with joint temporal-spatial light modulation
Abstract Super-resolution structured illumination microscope (SR-SIM) has been established as a powerful tool for visualizing subcellular dynamics and studying organelle interactions in live cells. However, the interfering Gaussian beams result in a limited and nonuniform field of view (FOV) which hinders its application for large whole-cell dynamics and pathological sample imaging.

Frequency-spatial domain joint optimization for improving super-resolution images of nonlinear structured illumination microscopy
Abstract Introducing nonlinear fluorophore excitation into structured illumination microscopy (SIM) can further extend its spatial resolution without theoretical limitation. However, it is a great challenge to recover the weak higher-order harmonic signal and reconstruct high-fidelity super-resolution (SR) images. Here, we proposed a joint optimization strategy in both the frequency and spatial domains to reconstruct high-quality nonlinear SIM (NL-SIM) images.
