What was your first job as a journalist?
Beaver County Times, a 60k-circ paper in western Pennsylvania. I wrote features for the Sunday paper.

Yes.
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
Macbook, web camera, light, paper, pens.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
Yes. I was editor-in-chief.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Write. Write a lot. Remain skeptical. Speak truth to power. Always value finding out the truth over gaining access.
