Why did you become a journalist?
I love the art of storytelling and I firmly believe, as journalists, we have the unique role to serve as transcribers of history
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
No but I did work for the Auburn Plainsman and Eagle Eye News as a reporter in college.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
No civilian in the community has to speak to you. The only people who must be held accountable are those in places of power. Be kind.
