Temperatures will again stay slightly below average Thursday in Northern California. Thursday will run mostly sunny with a passing system to the north. Highs peak in the upper 80s for the Valley. Meanwhile, Foothills highs could reach the mid-to-upper 80s, and Sierra highs are likely to stay mild in the low-to-mid 70s. Friday is a touch warmer as some of the onshore breeze influence fades. Highs for the Valley into the low 90s. That's normal for early July.
