Keto Cheesecake Cupcakes
A keeper! Easy to follow Worth the effort Great flavors It’s a keeper but did few changes. They are so yummy and hit my sweet cravings specially on a cheesecake. My family & i cant believe it’s guilt free to eat. I used almond flour & added 1/2 cup more almond flour to not be so oily with the butter since i like thicker crust, or you could cut the butter in half instead. I also added 3 sachets splenda in the dough mixture.
Cell profiling and biomarker discovery in a spatial context: a guide to analyzing your spatial biology data for immuno-oncology applications

With the development of new techniques and commercial platforms becoming available for a wider range of users, the field of spatial biology continues to grow.
Axon Growth of CNS Neurons in Three Dimensions Is Amoeboid and Independent of Adhesions
Highlights • CNS neurons polarize and grow their axon in 3D similarly to in situ • The axon grows in 3D unrestrained of actin filaments • The axon extends without pulling on the extracellular matrix • The growth cone does not need adhesion sites for axon extension in 3D Summary During development of the central nervous system (CNS), neurons polarize and rapidly extend their axons to assemble neuronal circuits. The growth cone leads the axon to its target and drives axon growth.
RhoA Controls Axon Extension Independent of Specification in the Developing Brain
Highlights • RhoA restrains axon initiation and growth independent of specification • Myosin II is the physiological target of RhoA during axon growth • RhoA/myosin-II-dependent actin arcs restrict microtubule advance in the growth cone • RhoA instructs the duration of growth and pause phases in developing axons Summary The specification of an axon and its subsequent outgrowth are key steps during neuronal polarization, a prerequisite to wire the brain.
