Walter Smith Randolph’s Biography

Walter Smith Randolph is a national award-winning investigative journalist and newsroom leader. The New York City native leads the investigative team at CBS News New York as executive producer. Walter also serves as Vice President-Broadcast of the National Association of Black Journalists. He also teaches investigative journalism and criminal justice reporting at the Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at the City University of New York, where he earned a masters degree in journalism in 2010. Walter is also a graduate of Villanova University and a member of Investigative Reporters & Editors and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
