Automatic unloading control system for corn field residual film baling device based on a load cell
Abstract Residual film in corn fields is readily entangled with corn stubble, yielding variable impurity content in the film bales recovered across different harvest periods. This inconsistency leads to uneven mass among film bales of the same size, makes the unloading timing difficult to determine, and may ultimately cause overload damage to the baling device.
Hydrocarbothermal Reduction Co-Upcycling of Spent Lithium-Ion Batteries via Waste Plastics for Enabling Efficient Water Purification and Lithium Resource Recovery

By 2030, the global electric vehicle fleet is expected to reach 240 million units, accompanied by a sharp rise in end-of-life batteries, with an estimated 314 GWh of LIBs retiring, containing critical metals worth approximately USD 600 million [1, 2].
SFRP4 is a novel prognostic biomarker associated with tumor microenvironment and immune cell infiltration in uterine corpus endometrial cancer
Abstract Uterine corpus endometrial cancer (UCEC) is one of the most common gynecologic cancers with rising global incidence. The aim of this study was to identify potential biomarker related to UCEC progression. Clinicopathologic data were obtained from other databases such as Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx), and The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). The three GEO datasets were clustered to obtain differential genes.
Enhanced physical-layer security in WDM optical communications based on chaotic optical encryption with frequency-hopping filtered feedback
We propose and numerically demonstrate a physical-layer-security-enhanced 4 × 50 Gb/s 16 QAM WDM optical communication system using optical phase encryption with frequency-hopping filtered feedback. A broadband chaotic signal generated by a filtered opto-electronic feedback loop is employed as the phase key.

Noninvasive 3D mapping of tissue stress using reverberant shear wave
Abstract Mechanical stress is a fundamental aspect of soft tissues that influences cellular behavior and tissue integrity, yet noninvasive imaging of stress in vivo remains a major challenge. Conventional magnetic resonance elastography (MRE) measures tissue stiffness but not stress. Employing a physics-informed model, we analyze reverberant shear wave fields recorded by MRE to capture the 3D mapping of tissue stress.
Triple-N dataset: large-scale fMRI-guided dense recordings of nonhuman primate neural responses to natural scenes
Abstract Understanding high-level visual processing requires data that capture both fine-grained neuronal activity and large-scale cortical organization. We present the Triple-N dataset, which extends the Natural Scenes Dataset (NSD) framework to macaques by combining functional magnetic resonance imaging with dense Neuropixels recordings in the inferotemporal cortex and early visual areas during the viewing of 1,000 NSD images.
Integrated numerical–physical modeling for optimizing riverbed dredging in Mixed Pumped-Storage Power Stations: a case study of Lianghekou project
Abstract The Mixed Pumped-Storage Power Station (MPSPS) constitutes an emerging strategy for the development of integrated clean-energy bases that combine hydropower, wind, and solar resources. However, a critical literature gap exists regarding effective engineering measures to mitigate the “pumping funnel” phenomenon in the lower reservoir, which remains a key operational challenge for MPSPS.
Rumen-derived Pichia membranifaciens modulates the rumen microbiome and metabolome and mitigates methane emissions in dairy cows
Abstract Methane emissions from ruminants represent a significant environmental challenge and dietary energy loss. While yeasts are potential rumen modulators, specific methane-mitigating species remain poorly characterized. Here, we screened 73 rumen-derived strains in vitro, identifying Pichia membranifaciens M12 as the most effective candidate, reducing methane output by 17.1%. Subsequently, a randomized block trial with 36 dairy cows compared a control group with P.

BRD4 orchestrates the metabolic-epigenetic regulation of GM-CSF expression and secretion to drive PD-L1⁺ macrophage-mediated immune evasion in triple-negative breast cancer | Oncogene
Abstract Immune checkpoint blockade targeting the PD-1/PD-L1 axis shows promise in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), yet durable responses are limited by immune escape. Here, we identified tumor-derived bromodomain-containing protein 4 (BRD4) as a critical mediator of tumor-associated macrophage (TAMs)-driven immune evasion in TNBC. Using syngeneic TNBC mouse models, we found that BRD4 promotes PD-L1 expression on TAMs by increasing GM-CSF production from tumor cells.

On-chip quantum interference of indistinguishable single photons from integrated independent molecules - Nature Nanotechnology
Abstract On-chip integration of independent channels of indistinguishable single photons is a prerequisite for scalable optical quantum information processing. This requires separate solid-state single-photon emitters to exhibit identical lifetime-limited transitions. This challenging task is usually further exacerbated by spectral diffusion due to complex charge noise near material surfaces made by nanofabrication processes.
