(WNCN) — It might be the coolest and least humid day we see for months in central North Carolina because the comfortable weather we had Tuesday will be replaced with 90s and humidity in the coming days. A warmup starts Wednesday afternoon and won’t stop until it’s humid again and highs are in the mid 90s this weekend.

(WNCN) — A cold front will cool off temperatures and lower humidity temporarily in central North Carolina on Tuesday, but it won’t last long as some June heat will hit by the end of the week. High temperatures will stay in the 70s on Tuesday with low humidity and plenty of sunshine. This is actually a little below the average high of 84 degrees for this time of year.
