Albumin therapy in preterm infants after intestinal resection: a two-center retrospective cohort study
Abstract Albumin infusion is commonly used in preterm infants following intestinal resection, but the optimal treatment duration remains unclear. This two-center retrospective cohort study included 102 preterm infants who underwent intestinal resection in China between 2018 and 2024. Infants were classified as receiving short-course (≤5 days, n = 69) or long-course (>5 days, n = 33) albumin therapy. The primary outcome was 90-day all-cause mortality.
Optimization of mannanase expression in Aspergillus niger for enhanced production of mannan oligosaccharides
1 Introduction Mannan oligosaccharides (MOS) are a class of functional oligosaccharides consisting of 2–10 mannose residues connected by glycosidic bonds. They exhibit multiple biological activities, including the maintenance of intestinal health, modulation of immune function, and the potential to serve as alternatives to antibiotics. MOS are widely applied in livestock and poultry farming, aquaculture, infant formula, and functional food and dietary supplement industries.

Long‐term creep deformation of carbon fiber/epoxy composites with physical aging: Experimental investigation and constitutive modeling
The tensile creep tests for two kinds of epoxy resin matrix composite laminates were performed under 25°C and 50°C. Results indicate that these materials deform in a time-dependent manner, that is, the tensile strain increases within a short time after the tests began, and then decreases during most of the loading period. Such increase and decrease trends reflect the creep characteristic and effect of physical aging, respectively.
Design and Kinematic Analysis of Deployable Antenna for Bionic Bird Tail Feather
1. Introduction Space antennas find their primary application in satellites, spacecraft, and other similar vehicles, serving as the essential link for two-way communication between these vehicles and ground stations. Functioning as the “ears” or “loudspeakers” of these spacecraft [1], space antennas have evolved into indispensable components that significantly impact and shape the performance of entire wireless communication systems and, in many cases, the spacecraft as a whole.

Investigation of the chiral recognition role of cyclodextrin hydroxyl moieties via high performance liquid chromatography
Investigation of the chiral recognition role of cyclodextrin hydroxyl moieties via high performance liquid chromatography Cyclodextrin (CD) is known to afford excellent enantioselectivities due to its hydrophobic cavity and external H-bonding sites from hydroxyl moieties. However, there is still lack of direct and comprehensive evidences clearly illustrating the origin of the important H-bonding effect.
Snow Cover and Climate Change and Their Coupling Effects on Runoff in the Keriya River Basin during 2001-2020
Abstract : As a significant component of the cryosphere, snow cover plays a crucial role in modulating atmospheric circulation and regional hydrological equilibrium. Therefore, studying the dynamics of snow cover and its response to climate change is of great significance for regional water resource management and disaster prevention.
