Research on the vibration frequency range of vibratory soil cutting system and experimental verification
Abstract To address the wide variation in vibration frequencies used in existing vibratory soil cutting tools and the lack of a unified frequency selection criterion, this study investigated the natural vibration characteristics of soil in an indoor soil bin.
Bioinspired Poisson‑actuated gating enabled high-sensitivity and stretchable multidirectional strain sensing
Abstract Decoupling strain magnitude and arbitrary orientation is a persistent challenge for wearable strain sensors, as conventional layered architectures and monolithic anisotropic networks suffer from issues of interfacial stress concentrations and irreversible signal drift under complex deformations. Inspired by the mechanogating mechanism of tactile sensory cells, we present a fluidic strain sensor with an orthogonal cross-shaped microchannel network and drum-shaped microstructures.

Wafer-scalable artificial synapses and logic gate circuits based on coplanar self-aligned-gate organic transistors for artificial vision applications
Abstract Wafer-scale and low-voltage operation are essential for practical artificial vision hardware. Here, we report a wafer-scale platform for artificial synapse and logic gate circuits with a yield exceeding 91%, utilizing coplanar self-aligned-gate (SAG) organic transistors that combine the narrow-bandgap semiconducting polymer DPP-DTT with a self-assembled monolayer dielectric.
Deep learning-based segmentation and subtype prediction of renal cell carcinoma on contrast-enhanced CT
Abstract Accurate preoperative discrimination of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) subtypes is critical for treatment stratification. We aimed to develop and validate an automated deep learning system for simultaneous tumor segmentation and histopathological subtyping using multicenter contrast-enhanced CT (CECT) imaging. To this end, we constructed a two-stage system comprising separate segmentation and classification models.
pH-Sensitive Cationic Liposomes for Oridonin and siRNA Co-Delivery to Inhibit Triple-Negative Breast Cancer
1 Introduction Breast cancer is the most prevalent type of cancer among women, with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) accounting for 10%–17% of all cases; approximately 30% of TNBC cases progress to metastatic disease. Due to the lack of estrogen receptors, progesterone receptors, and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2, TNBC is resistant to standard endocrine therapy and Herceptin monotherapy, leading to poor prognosis [1].
Nanoimprinting of pressure-intolerant tilted nanostructures assisted by an electric field for high performance optical coupler
Abstract Tilted nanostructures, with their unique light-modulating capabilities, find broad applications in optical fields such as optical couplers, and escalating performance demands of devices impose formidable challenges regarding structural fidelity and fabrication cost-effectiveness, owing to their inherent pressure-intolerant properties. Here, a novel electric-field-assisted nanoimprinting technique is proposed.
Universal bioinspired adhesives for arbitrary unknown surfaces toward dexterous robotic manipulation
Abstract Dexterous robotic hands are pivotal for complex manipulation in unstructured environments, yet they face significant challenges in reliably grasping fragile, heavy, or irregularly shaped objects using conventional friction-based methods. Gecko-inspired adhesion technology presents a compelling alternative, yet remain challenge in achieving reliable adhesion across arbitrary unknown surfaces.

Performance analysis of fuzzy control strategy for tractor semi-active seat suspension - Scientific Reports
Abstract This study develops and evaluates a semi-active seat suspension system for tractors using magnetorheological damper (MRD) and fuzzy logic–based control strategies. A five-degree-of-freedom (5-DOF) half-car tractor model is constructed, integrating human-seat dynamics, cab vibration, chassis motion, tire flexibility, and MRD nonlinear hysteresis represented by the Bouc-Wen model.

Bioinspired cross-medium wall-climbing robot with high-performance adhesion and contact adaptability
Abstract Wall-climbing robots (WCRs) using numerous attachment/grasping mechanisms replace humans in executing repetitive or challenging tasks in space-confined, high-risk, or radioactive environments, garnering substantial research interest. Nevertheless, their application remains limited to environment- and surface-specific scenarios.

How roughness and thermal properties of a solid substrate determine the Leidenfrost temperature: Experiments and a model
Abstract In this Letter, we systematically investigate the Leidenfrost temperature for hot solid substrates with various thermal diffusivities and surface roughnesses. Based on the experimental results, we build a phenomenological model that considers the thermal diffusivity of a solid substrate and derive a relationship between the surface roughness and the resulting vapor film thickness. The generality of this model is supported by experimental data for different liquids and solid substrates.

A label-free fluorescence aptasensor based on HCR and G-quadruplex DNAzyme for the detection of prostate-specific antigen Prostate specific antigen (PSA) has been considered as the most potential serological biomarker for the early stage detection of prostate cancer. Here, a label-free fluorescence aptasensing strategy for detecting PSA based on hybridization chain reaction (HCR) and G-quadruplex DNAzyme has been developed.
AlncRNA HULC as an effective biomarker for surveillance of the outcome of cancer: A meta-analysis
High expression of highly upregulated in iver cancer (HULC) has been found associated with increased metastasis and poor prognosis with cancer. This meta-analysis aimed to determine the pooled effect of HULC on metastasis and prognosis of cancers. The studies were accessed using multiple databases. RevMan5.3 and STATA14.0 were used to estimate pooled effects, the heterogeneity among studies, and publication bias for the association of HULC and overall survival (OS).
