A cross-sectional study on the relationship between post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms and psychological resilience among midwives in China
Abstract This study aimed to investigate the screening positive rate and identify the influential factors of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms among Chinese midwives, and to explore the correlation between PTSD symptoms and psychological resilience. From May to July 2025, a total of 526 midwives from 30 medical institutions across 15 Chinese provinces in China were recruited using convenience sampling.

Minimal benefit of co-testing over HPV primary screening with cytology triage from resource-limited settings in China - Communications Medicine
Abstract Co-testing with human papillomavirus (HPV) DNA testing plus liquid-based cytology is still used in parts of China, although many screening programmes are moving toward HPV-based strategies. We aimed to compare co-testing with HPV-based and cytology-only approaches in routine county services in resource-limited areas. We analysed a screening cohort of 33,387 women aged 35–64 years from four primary care sites.
A patient with aortic annular rupture secondary to blood culture–negative endocarditis: A case report
Abstract We report a rare case of aortic valve annular rupture secondary to culture-negative infective endocarditis. This report aims to summarize the diagnostic challenges, imaging-based differentiation, and microbiological strategies, serving as a reference for similar clinical scenarios. The patient presented with progressively worsening palpitations and chest tightness.
Frontiers | Pulmonary artery sarcoma masquerading as pulmonary embolism: the pivotal role of sonographic differentiation — a case report
Introduction Pulmonary artery sarcoma (PAS) is a rare, highly aggressive malignancy arising from pluripotent mesenchymal cells in the pulmonary artery intima (1). While PAS are histologically divided into intimal and luminal subtypes, the latter occurs very infrequently. In clinical practice, PAS almost exclusively denotes intimal sarcoma (2, 3). It often presents with nonspecific clinical symptoms and is frequently misdiagnosed as PE (4).

Approximating Partial Differential Equations with Physics-Informed Legendre Multiwavelets CNN
1. Introduction PDEs, as a powerful mathematical tool in classical physics, enable the comprehensive depiction, simulation, and modeling of various dynamic phenomena, including heat flow, diffusion processes, wave propagation, and the motion of fluid substances [1], owing to their inherent capability to capture the fundamental characteristics of intricate systems. By solving PDEs, we can obtain insights into the behavior of the system and make predictions about its future evolution.

An ε-Approximate Approach for Solving Variable-Order Fractional Differential Equations
Abstract : As a mathematical tool, variable-order (VO) fractional calculus (FC) was developed rapidly in the engineering field due to it better describing the anomalous diffusion problems in engineering; thus, the research of the solutions of VO fractional differential equations (FDEs) has become a hot topic for the FC community.
