Gut epithelial aryl hydrocarbon receptor deficiency aggravates fungal dysbiosis-mediated neutrophilic allergic airway disease in mice
Abstract Fungal and bacterial dysbiosis are linked to asthma disease severity, yet how overgrowth of the commensal fungus Candida albicans contributes to disease progression is not fully understood. Here, we show that intestinal aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) deficiency exacerbates house dust mite (HDM)-induced allergic airway disease (AAD) during oral Candida albicans colonization through enhanced IL-17 responsiveness and lung structural cell fucosylation.
Carbon sink gain mechanism and evaluation of coal-based solid waste resource utilization in China
Abstract The extraction and utilization of coal in China have generated massive amounts of coal-based solid waste (CBSW), posed serious environmental risks, and contributed to greenhouse gas emissions. Under the “Dual Carbon” goals, promoting the resource utilization of CBSW has become essential for the green transition of the coal industry.
End-to-end super-resolution computational imaging with super-oscillatory light field
Super-oscillatory (SO) imaging provides a promising pathway for far-field, non-invasive, pure-optical super-resolution. Shrinking the central focal spot is a common way used in SO design to pursue finer resolution. However, this inevitably results in huge side-lobes and low central intensity. This results in a severely restricted field of view (FOV) and poor image quality, hindering practical single-shot imaging.
Electric-field control of coherent ferron oscillations
Abstract Ferrons are collective excitations of electric polarization in ferroelectrics and constitute the electric analogue of magnons. Although recent studies have inferred ferron behaviour through electrical transport measurements, their non-equilibrium dynamics, coherent radiation and direct electrical control remain unexplored.
Broadband Silicon-On-Glass Reflective Dielectric Metasurface for THz Beam Steering in 6G Wireless Networks
1 Introduction The continued surge in data-centric applications ranging from immersive extended reality (XR) to ultra-reliable and low-latency communications has fueled the demand for ever-higher wireless capacity. In response, the upcoming sixth-generation (6G) wireless networks are expected to operate in frequency bands that reach well into the terahertz (THz) region, enabling multi-gigabit-per-second data rates and supporting a broad array of advanced services [1-5].
Computer Science > Artificial Intelligence
We present Eureka, a task-conditioned Meta-Agent architecture that compiles long-horizon tasks into dynamic obligation graphs with explicit acceptance semantics. During execution, Eureka forms Macro-Agents with specialized state, memory, operators, tools, verifiers, and local topology via receding-horizon planning, architecture promotion, and minimal-sufficient compilation. When bottlenecks recur, cost-benefit-gated evolution updates the local architecture under constraints.
Computer Science > Artificial Intelligence
Major mathematical conjectures still depend heavily on expert intuition, so a unified method for the systematic generation and validation of conjectures with substantial mathematical potential remains unavailable. We present a three stage pipeline for major conjecture discovery, with region search from explicit local evidence modules, reflective validation for foundationality, novelty, and potential significance, and formal validation in Lean 4 and Mathlib.

Prediction and field application of water-conducting fracture zone height using a PSO-BP neural network optimised by dynamic mutation
Abstract Accurate prediction of the water-conducting fracture zone height is essential for water inrush prevention and safe production in coal mining. Based on extensive in-situ measurements collected from longwall panels in different mining districts, five key indicators-mining thickness, mining depth, coal seam dip angle, panel length along dip, and the hard-rock lithology ratio coefficient-were analysed.
Electrochemical selective oxygen transfer enables energy-efficient environmental deoxygenation
Abstract Deep deoxygenation, defined as oxygen level ≤ 1%, is increasingly pursued to suppress oxidation-driven spoilage and side reactions in applications such as food preservation, yet industrial practice still relies on nitrogen purging enabled by pressure swing adsorption. Because oxygen removal by dilution and displacement depends on maintaining a nitrogen–oxygen concentration gradient, this approach requires substantial nitrogen throughput and high power input.

Small-molecule degraders for oncogenic KRAS G12C and pan-KRAS mutations
Abstract KRAS, a frequently mutated oncogene, has been challenging to target therapeutically. Although covalent inhibitors like sotorasib against KRASG12C have been developed, their efficacy is often limited by acquired resistance. Targeted protein degradation offers a potential solution but has largely relied on large PROTAC molecules. Here, we report DJX-A-KM, a small-molecule degrader of KRASG12C, designed by incorporating an acrylamide warhead into the MRTX849 scaffold.

1 Introduction Photo-curing 3D printing technologies, such as stereolithography and digital lighting process (DLP) have been widely applied in industrial and biomedical areas due to their high resolution, free design, material saving, etc. [1-3]. The photocurable resins accompanied with these technologies are generally composed of photoactive prepolymer (i.e., crosslinker), diluting monomer, photoinitiator, and a few additives.
Reduced dengue virus pre-membrane protein-HMGB1 interaction activates host cell transcription to attenuate infection - npj Vaccines
Abstract To successfully complete an infection lifecycle, viruses have to avoid activating host antiviral and transcriptional responses to avoid disrupting cellular processes and cause premature host cell death. How the host transcriptional response to dengue virus (DENV) infection and its impact on pathogenesis, however, remain unclear.

Dynamic Polyiodide‐Trapping and Proton‐Capturing Dual‐Network Engineering for High‐Areal‐Capacity, Long‐Cycling and High‐Temperature Zn─I2 Batteries
Aqueous zinc–iodine (Zn─I2) batteries demonstrate great potential in the large-scale grid-scale energy storage. However, severe polyiodide shuttling and interfacial parasitic reactions limit the practical application of aqueous Zn─I2 batteries with high iodine loading. Here, aminonicotinic acid (AMI) is first introduced in this work to address these issues by dynamic polyiodide-trapping and proton-capturing dual-network engineering.

Photocatalytic Effect of a Charge-Transfer Complex Formed After Electron Transfer Between a Highly Functionalized Ir(III) Complex and Reductant
Abstract Click to copy section linkSection link copied! Commonly used Ir(III) complexes, such as the commercially available [Ir(ppy)2bpy]+ (ppy = 2-phenylpyridinato, bpy = 2,2’-bipyridine), are prone to degradation and ligand substitution by surrounding molecules (e.g., sacrificial redox agents) when irradiated with light. This results in ambiguity in the mechanism when these Ir complexes are used as photoredox catalysts in organic reactions.
