Abstract Oocyte-specific isoforms play crucial roles in oocyte maturation, while current understanding of the oocyte transcriptome is mainly focused on gene level. Here, we utilize single-cell full-length isoform sequencing to detect entire transcripts in human and mouse oocytes. Isoform diversity during oocyte maturation is systematically profiled, including 7154 and 4875 putative novel human and mouse transcripts, respectively.

Based on the Self-Perception theory, this study investigates user engagement and persistence in anti-cyberbullying behaviours on social media, as well as the personal and behavioural factors influencing these actions. Drawing on 1,765,601 cyberbullying-related online posts, regression analyses reveal that users’ online clout significantly and positively predicts their anti-cyberbullying behaviour.

1 Introduction Urethral injuries result from diverse etiologies, including congenital anomalies, inflammation, trauma, and tumors. Such injuries frequently lead to urethral strictures, which can subsequently trigger severe complications such as bladder stones, urethral fistulas, sepsis, and even renal failure (Gelman and Furr, 2020). The incidence of these conditions increases with age (Campbell and Broghammer, 2025).
