Natural killer cells in preeclampsia: an overview of current research
Abstract Background: Preeclampsia is a pregnancy disorder endangering maternal and fetal health, often accompanied by complications such as hypertension and proteinuria. Natural killer cells are indispensable in the occurrence and development of preeclampsia. Up to now, there has been no bibliometric study on NK cells and preeclampsia. Thus, we conducted a bibliometric analysis based on a systematic literature retrieval strategy.
A city-scale dataset of public electric vehicle charging transactions and infrastructure
Abstract With the rapid adoption of electric vehicles in megacities, the operation of public charging infrastructure has generated a large volume of real-world transaction data. These data are essential for characterizing urban-scale charging demand, facility utilization patterns, and operational mechanisms. However, most publicly available electric vehicle charging datasets are constrained by limited spatial coverage, small sample sizes, or coarse data granularity.
The OsMYB4 transcription factor enables coordinated improvement of grain yield and quality in rice
Abstract The endosperm is the predominant storage organ for starch and storage proteins in cereal grains, which also determines both grain yield and quality. Although key enzymes involved in the biosynthesis of starch and storage proteins have been identified, the underlying regulatory mechanisms remain largely obscure. In this study, we identified OsMYB4, a MYB transcription factor, specifically expressed in rice (Oryza sativa L.) endosperm.

First, 383 valid OCT images were collected from 12 patients with leukoplakia (including low-risk, high-risk, and malignant types). The best overall accuracy and recall were 92.59% and 93.25% for low-risk, high-risk, and malignant classification, by random forest (RF) model using 5-fold validation.
Antigen spreading mediates heterogeneous solid tumor eradication by DNA demethylating agent–programmed CAR T cells
Abstract Antigen heterogeneity substantially limits the efficacy of chimeric antigen receptor–modified T (CAR T) cell therapy against solid tumors. Our study highlights the potent antitumor activity of low-dose decitabine-primed CAR T (dCAR T) cells in solid tumor models, a benefit previously confirmed in hematologic malignancies.
Demethylation-primed tandem CD19/CD20 CAR T cells in relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphoma: a phase I/II trial
Abstract Despite the success of CAR T therapy in non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), recurrence remains challenging. Previously, we showed that ex vivo priming with decitabine (DAC) enhances CAR T persistence and efficacy. Here, we report on an open-label non-randomised phase I/II trial (NCT04697940) evaluating DAC-primed CD19/CD20 dual-targeted CAR T cells (dCAR T) in 23 patients with relapsed or refractory NHL.
