I studied Communication and Media at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), most involved with our student-run campus newspaper, The Vector; I really enjoy writing, editing, interviewing, and taking photographs.
My crown achievement is being one of New Jersey Press Foundation's top three awardees for news writing, primarily for the coverage of increased accessibility as well as awareness about taboo topics such as menstrual products.

Make Democracy Work - Vote in the Student Senate Elections

If you care about where your money goes, what classes you take, and who’s in charge of professional and social opportunities on campus, vote in the Student Senate elections taking place from April 8-10. Encourage other students to do the same. The NJIT Student Senate bridges the gap between the undergraduate student body and people in higher, usually administrative roles at the university, ultimately to improve the student experience.

It then heightened to threats of physical violence, but she said that because she didn’t give him any of her attention in the moment, he left her alone.
