FRANKFORT, Ky. (WKYT/Gray News) - A parent of a Kentucky State University student has been charged with murder in a campus shooting that killed one student and critically injured another, according to police. Jacob Lee Bard(WKYT) Police said 48-year-old Jacob Lee Bard is accused of shooting two students at the Whitney M. Young Jr. Residence Hall following “a physical altercation” on Tuesday. Bard is charged with murder and first-degree assault.
