PHILIPPI, W.Va.(WBOY) – The West Virginia State Police have issued a silver alert for a missing 87-year-old man from Barbour County. Authorities are looking for Charles Allen Cross who was last seen at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday in Barbour County. When he was last seen, Cross was wearing blue jeans, a blue shirt and a green hat, troopers say.
