Machine-learning-assisted physicochemical optimization of an RP-3 surrogate fuel model
Abstract To improve the physicochemical fidelity of RP-3 surrogate fuels, this study proposes a machine-learning-assisted multi-objective optimization framework that jointly considers conventional physical properties and combustion-related characteristics. A four-component surrogate consisting of n-decane, n-dodecane, ethylcyclohexane, and p-xylene was investigated.

Real-world effectiveness and safety of belumosudil in pediatric refractory chronic graft-versus-host disease
To the Editor: Chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) remains a major cause of morbidity following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, yet therapeutic evidence in pediatric patients is limited and largely extrapolated from adult studies. This setting differs substantially from adults, underscoring a persistent evidence gap in pediatric-specific management strategies.
Bidirectional Disulfide Metathesis Enables Recycling of High-Performance Thermoset Networks
1 Introduction Thermosets represent a fundamental class of polymeric materials, widely utilized in structural and functional applications due to their exceptional mechanical strength, thermal stability, and chemical resistance [1-6]. However, their permanently crosslinked networks pose significant barriers to end-of-life recovery, limiting compatibility with circular materials strategies [7-12].

Mitigating multimodal hallucinations through visual attention tracing and origin-point regeneration
Abstract Multimodal large language models (MLLMs) exhibit impressive prowess in vision-language understanding, but their utility is often compromised by hallucinations—instances where generated narratives diverge significantly from visual evidence. Current remedial strategies largely struggle to pinpoint the genesis of these errors, relying either on resource-intensive retraining or indiscriminate global penalties that fail to address the specific locus of the discrepancy.

Self-splicing RNA circularization facilitated by intact group I and II introns - Nature Communications
Abstract Circular RNA (circRNA) has gained significant attention in RNA therapeutics due to its enhanced stability and protein-coding potential. In this study, we present two in vitro RNA circularization techniques, namely Permuted Intron-Exon through Trans-splicing (PIET) and Complete self-splicing Intron for RNA Circularization (CIRC). PIET leverages the second step of group I intron splicing, offering an alternative circularization strategy.
Efficient and wavelength-tunable second-harmonic generation toward the green gap
Abstract Achieving compact and efficient visible laser sources is crucial for a wide range of applications. However, traditional semiconductor laser technology faces difficulties in producing high-brightness green light, leaving a “green gap” in wavelength coverage. Second-harmonic generation (SHG) offers a promising alternative by converting near-infrared sources to visible wavelengths with high efficiency and spectral purity.

Halogen and solvent effects induced structural transformation and isostructural luminescence regulation in copper-based hybrid halides
Halogen and solvent effects induced structural transformation and isostructural luminescence regulation in copper-based hybrid halides Phase transitions enabling subtle structural and compositional changes offers valuable insights into the luminescence regulation of metal halides. Herein, six copper-based hybrid halides were synthesized, achieving the halogen and solvent induced structural transitions, along with the luminescence transformations among identical structures through defect filling.

Forecasting and Comparative Application of PV System Electricity Generation for Sprinkler Irrigation Machines Based on Multiple Models
1. Introduction In recent years, there has been a significant shift in the global energy structure, with the proportion of renewable energy continuously increasing [1]. With its abundance and zero greenhouse gas emissions, renewable energy has been widely adopted, and its usage is expected to continue growing. Currently, solar and wind energy account for 96% of global renewable energy consumption [2], becoming key drivers of global sustainable development.

Tissue characterization at an enhanced resolution across spatial omics platforms with deep generative model - Nature Communications
Abstract Recent advances in spatial omics have expanded the spectrum of profiled molecular categories beyond transcriptomics. However, many of these technologies are constrained by limited spatial resolution, hindering our ability to deeply characterize intricate tissue architectures. Existing computational methods primarily focus on the resolution enhancement of transcriptomics data, lacking the adaptability to address the emerging spatial omics technologies that profile various omics types.
