Qiling formula targets CDK5R1 to suppress enzalutamide resistance in prostate cancer: integrating prognostic modeling and function validation
Abstract Advanced prostate cancer (PCa) progression to enzalutamide resistance remains a major therapeutic challenge. Grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, the Qiling Formula (QLF) targets “Qi deficiency and blood stasis” and has shown anti-tumor potential. However, its molecular mechanisms and prognostic value remain unclear. This study integrates network pharmacology, TCGA transcriptomics, spatial transcriptomics, and cellular experiments to decode QLF’s effects.
Electrochemical and Impedance Insights Into MEA-Based Ammonia Electrolysis Cells
1 Introduction Global decarbonization and climate action are driving a profound transition of the energy system toward clean and low-carbon sources [1, 2]. Fossil fuels remain dominant but emit CO and CO2, threatening the environment, ecosystems, and human health [3-6]. Hydrogen stands out as a promising zero-carbon energy source with high energy density. Nevertheless, its practical application is greatly limited by difficulties in production, storage, and transportation [7-10].
Sterically gated Lewis acid and base pairs enable orthogonal defect passivation in perovskite solar cells
|
Abstract Charged point defects cause efficiency loss and instability in perovskite solar cells. Although Lewis acids and Lewis bases individually passivate anionic and cationic defects, they are known to react with one another. As a result, introducing different combinations to solar cells forms quenching adducts that fail to provide the necessary passivation.

Metabolic CRISPR screening identifies RPE as a key regulator of acquired enzalutamide resistance through FKBP5 destabilization in prostate cancer
Abstract Enzalutamide is a cornerstone therapy for castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC), yet acquired resistance remains a major clinical challenge. Although metabolic enzymes are increasingly recognized as modulators of therapeutic response, their specific roles—particularly their non-enzymatic functions—in sustaining enzalutamide resistance remain incompletely understood.
Comment on “Association of Ticagrelor Metabolic SNPs With Adverse Drug Reactions in Patients With Acute Coronary Syndrome”
Yanyan Bai and Cheng Liu contributed equally to this work. Dear Editor, We read with great interest the recent study by Zhang et al. on the association between CYP3A4/5 genetic polymorphisms and adverse drug reactions to ticagrelor [1]. This prospective study established a strong link between the CYP3A5 rs776746 CC genotype and ticagrelor-related dyspnea, offering a potential genetic tool for precision medicine. However, we believe several aspects warrant further discussion.
Coagulation and Fibrinolysis in Normal Pregnancy and Complicated Pregnancy
1 Introduction Pregnancy induces significant physiological changes in the hemostatic system to prevent hemorrhage during placental separation. This includes increased coagulation factors, reduced anticoagulant activity, and suppressed fibrinolysis, resulting in a hypercoagulable state [1].
A multi-fidelity tabular prior-data fitted network model for accurate prediction and uncertainty quantification
Abstract Accurate prediction of unknown labels from feature-label datasets using machine learning is critical for applications spanning drug discovery, disease diagnostics, and climate science. However, challenges persist with limited data, high-dimensional inputs, and multi-fidelity scenarios.
Comprehensive multi-omics analysis of Mengding bud yellow tea in the intangible cultural heritage: insights into taste formation
|
Abstract Mengding bud yellow tea (MDBYT) is a renowned Chinese yellow tea characterized by its mellow, umami, and sweet taste. This study integrated flavoromics and metabolomics to investigate dynamic changes in non-volatile metabolites and sensory attributes during traditional “three yellowings and three fryings” processing. Sensory evaluation revealed progressive quality improvement, with the yellowing critical for enhancing umami and sweetness.

Edge-enabled IoT framework for real-time tobacco quality monitoring
Abstract Tobacco quality inspection plays a vital role in ensuring standardized processing, reducing economic losses, and improving industrial automation. However, traditional inspection methods often suffer from inefficiency, high labor costs, and limited real-time capabilities. To address these challenges, this paper proposes an Internet of Things (IoT)-based data acquisition and edge computing framework enhanced with deep learning models for tobacco quality inspection.
Triple-junction solar cells with improved carrier and photon management
|
Abstract Perovskite-silicon triple-junction photovoltaics offer efficiency gains beyond dual-junction devices, but at the expense of added complexity (1). Here, we address two key bottlenecks in perovskite-silicon-based triple-junction solar cells: reduced open-circuit voltage in the wide-bandgap top-cell and limited photocurrent generation in the middle-cell (1, 2).

Attenuation of the CpG island methylator phenotype and lack of WNT signalling activation restrains Kras mutant intestinal neoplasia - British Journal of Cancer
Abstract Serrated neoplasia arises from serrated precursor lesions. Hyperplastic polyps commonly activate MAPK signalling, initiated by BRAF or KRAS mutation, but premalignant KRAS-mutant sessile serrated lesions are rare. Here, we model Kras- and Braf-mutant neoplasia in vivo comparing histological, transcriptomic, and epigenetic changes. Temporospatial activation of oncogenic BrafV637 or KrasG12D was induced in murine intestine.

Environmental Background Officials and Focal Firms' Green Innovation: New Perspectives of Supply Chain Geography

Cation interdiffusion control for 2D/3D heterostructure formation and stabilization in inorganic perovskite solar modules - Nature Energy
Abstract Inorganic perovskite solar cells could benefit from surface passivation using 2D/3D perovskite heterostructures. However, conventional spacer cations fail to exchange with the tightly bonded Cs cation in the inorganic perovskite to form 2D layers atop; or, when they do enable formation of a 2D layer, they migrate under heat, degrading device performance. Here we investigate the mechanisms behind 2D/3D heterostructure formation and stabilization.

Two-dimensional Perovskitoids Enhance Stability in Perovskite Solar Cells - Nature
Abstract Two-dimensional (2D)/three-dimensional (3D) perovskite heterostructures have played a key role in advancing the performance of perovskite solar cells (PSCs)1,2. However, the migration of cations between 2D and 3D layers results in the disruption of octahedral networks that leads to degradation in performance over time3,4. We hypothesized that perovskitoids, with robust organic-inorganic networks enabled by edge- and face-sharing, could impede ion migration.
