Mainstream point cloud completion methods are unanimously based on deep learning architectures. On one hand, these methods tend to repetitively stacking attention modules to enhance network performance, which drifts away from the neat design of unified and interpret-able networks; on the other hand, nearly all existing architectures rely solely on feed-forward connections to propagate information, neglecting feedback from deeper layers.

Pangenome and resequencing analyses reveal flowering evolution and genetic control in Cerasus
|
Abstract Prunus subgenus Cerasus contains numerous species with ornamental, edible, and medicinal value. However, limited genomic resources have constrained systematic analyses of structural variation and the genetic basis of key phenological traits in this group. Here, we assemble eight genomes from diverse Cerasus species. Together with 13 published genomes, we construct a pangenome of 21 accessions representing 17 species. Phenological observations reveal substantial variation in flowering time.

Inhibition of circulating glycocholic acid-regulated signaling potentiates immune checkpoint therapy in colorectal cancer
Abstract Serum bile acids (BAs) emerge as risk factors for cancer, but their roles in colorectal cancer (CRC) remain unclear. We show that glycocholic acid (GCA), a primary BA, is elevated in the serum of CRC patients. In a mouse CRC model, GCA promotes tumor programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression in tumors, suppressing CD8⁺ T cell-mediated antitumor immunity and facilitating tumor growth.
Generating self-incompatible hybrid potatoes through haploid breeding - Nature Plants
Abstract Heterosis arising from hybrid breeding has been instrumental in the improvement of crop yield and quality1,2. In self-pollinating crops, the use of male-sterile lines facilitates the production of hybrid seeds3. However, hybrid breeding in asexually propagated crops such as potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) presents challenges not only in hybrid seed production but also due to competition between above-ground (fruit) and below-ground (tuber) sinks.

Transgene- and tissue culture-free heritable genome editing using RNA virus-based delivery in wheat - Nature Plants
Abstract CRISPR–Cas genome editing technology is a cutting-edge strategy for crop breeding. However, the delivery of genome-editing reagents remains to be a technological bottleneck in monocot plants1. Here we engineered barley yellow striate mosaic virus (BYSMV) into a negative-strand RNA virus-based vector system2 for delivery of both Cas9 and single guide RNA to achieve heritable gene editing in different wheat cultivars.
FLASH Irradiation Modulates Immune Responses and Accelerates Lung Recovery: A Single‐Cell Perspective

A phosphorylation-driven ubiquitination switch fine-tunes Alfin-like 7-induced ROS signaling in plant immunity
Abstract Maintaining reactive oxygen species (ROS) homeostasis is essential for balancing growth-defense trade-offs in plants. Although the transcription factors (TFs) that regulate ROS production and scavenging genes have been studied, the regulation of these TFs to control ROS accumulation remains poorly understood.

A cell wall-associated kinase phosphorylates NLR immune receptor to negatively regulate resistosome formation - Nature Plants
Abstract Plants deploy intracellular nucleotide-binding leucine-rich repeats (NLRs) to detect pathogen effectors and initiate immune responses. Although the activation mechanism of some plant NLRs forming resistosomes has been elucidated, whether NLR resistosome assembly is regulated to fine-tune immunity remains enigmatic. Here we used an antiviral coiled coil-nucleotide-binding site–leucine rich repeat, Barley Stripe Resistance 1 (BSR1), as a model and demonstrate that BSR1 is phosphorylated.

Nanofibers-based dual enzyme mimics with pH-switchable catalytic function for H2O2 sensing and antibacterial application
Nanozymes have earned great attention in biological applications owing to their multiple enzyme-mimicking activities and their designed catalytic behaviors [1]. Particularly, inspired by the natural enzymes POD and oxidase in the living body which can catalyze the generation of oxidative reactive oxygen species (ROS) for combating bacterial invasion, a series of enzyme mimetics for replacing natural enzymes in regulating antibacterial ROS have been developed in the past decade [2].

Abstract Liver metastasis (LM) poses a significant challenge in cancer treatment, with limited available therapeutic options and poor prognosis. Understanding the dynamics of tumor microenvironment (TME) and immune interactions is crucial for developing effective treatments. We find that WNT11 promoted CD8+ T-cell exclusion and suppression, which was correlated with poor prognosis in LM.
The lactate receptor HCAR1 drives the recruitment of immunosuppressive PMN-MDSCs in colorectal cancer - Nature Immunology
Abstract Most patients with colorectal cancer do not achieve durable clinical benefits from immunotherapy, underscoring the existence of alternative immunosuppressive mechanisms. Here we found that activation of the lactate receptor HCAR1 signaling pathway induced the expression of chemokines CCL2 and CCL7 in colorectal tumor cells, leading to the recruitment of immunosuppressive CCR2+ polymorphonuclear myeloid-derived suppressor cells (PMN-MDSCs) to the tumor microenvironment.

Integrative multi-omics analysis reveals genetic and heterotic contributions to male fertility and yield in potato - Nature Communications
Abstract The genetic analysis of potato is hampered by the complexity of tetrasomic inheritance. An ongoing effort aims to transform the clonally propagated tetraploid potato into a seed-propagated diploid crop, which would make genetic analyses much easier owing to disomic inheritance. Here, we construct and report the large-scale genetic and heterotic characteristics of a diploid F2 potato population derived from the cross of two highly homozygous inbred lines.
