PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Gov. Katie Hobbs promoted a $1.4 billion tax cut in the new state budget Tuesday, highlighting savings for families as she campaigns for reelection. Hobbs held a news conference at the state Capitol to discuss the tax package, which she signed into law. Early voting for the primaries starts Wednesday. “I am thrilled we secured some big wins that will be a huge boost for Arizona families,” Hobbs said. The Democratic governor is not criticizing President Donald Trump on taxes.
