Identifying and prioritizing key risk factors in internet-based shared nursing services from the nurses’ perspective: a hybrid multi-criteria decision-making approach
Abstract Introduction: Home visiting programs are constrained by nursing shortages and limited coverage. Internet-based shared nursing services in China offer a potential solution but introduce multidimensional risks that have not been systematically examined from the perspective of shared nurses, the primary stakeholders in service safety. This study aimed to identify and prioritize key risk factors from the nurses’ perspective to facilitate targeted risk management strategies.
Impaired amyloid-beta uptake and distinct transcriptomic profiles of monocytes in APOE4 carriers: The Chongqing Ageing and Dementia Study
Abstract The ε4 allele of the apolipoprotein E gene (APOE4) is the strongest genetic risk factor for sporadic Alzheimer’s disease (AD). However, its impact on monocyte-mediated amyloid-β (Aβ) clearance and associated immune dysfunction remains poorly understood. Through Aβ uptake assays in humans and mice coupled with transcriptomic profiling, we identified a significant and persistent monocytic Aβ uptake deficiency in APOE4 carriers.

This study develops an emergency event knowledge graph (EE-KG) by combining fine-grained event classification, lifecycle-oriented ontology modeling, and ontology-guided knowledge extraction.
Physics-constrained multimodal reinforcement learning for local UAV Navigation in complex static obstacle environments
Abstract Local navigation in complex static obstacle environments requires an unmanned aerial vehicle to reach a target while avoiding obstacles under limited local perception. U-shaped non-convex obstacles acting as local traps further increase the difficulty of detour selection and continuous-control execution. A key challenge is to jointly capture forward scene structure, surrounding geometric constraints, and execution-level control requirements within a unified decision-making pipeline.
Biodegradation of Dinitroaniline Herbicides by Bacillus licheniformis DYB9
Extensive use of dinitroaniline herbicides results in their pollution to surface waters and aquatic sediments, posing a threat to aquatic organisms. Microbial degradation is an ideal method to remediate herbicide pollution, but still faces the challenges of product preservation and strain survival in contaminated site. Here, an endospore-forming bacterium Bacillus licheniformis DYB9 was isolated, which could efficiently degrade pendimethalin and butralin.

VB5 modulates osteoclast metabolic reprogramming and suppresses differentiation by blocking PKM2 nuclear translocation
Abstract Osteoporosis is a multifactorial skeletal disorder characterized by increased bone resorption and impaired remodeling balance. Osteoclast differentiation is accompanied by metabolic reprogramming toward enhanced glycolysis, yet whether nutritional factors modulate osteoclast metabolism remains incompletely understood. Vitamin B5 (VB5), a precursor of coenzyme A (CoA), has been implicated in metabolic regulation, but its role in osteoclast biology is unclear.
Does superficial attraction hinders sustainable relationships with digital humans? Understanding customer commitment on digital humans in e-services from the utilitarian and hedonic perspectives
Abstract The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has made digital humans (DHs) important interactive subjects in e-service systems. However, recent studies have reported that customers rarely accept DHs in e-service as people used to think. Given that DHs function as sociotechnical systems (STS), considering relationship management between DHs and customers in e-services to address these issues is necessary.
Peripheral blood HIF-1α levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus and their association with diabetic complications: a systematic review and meta-analysis
Abstract Background: Hyperglycemia is known to exacerbate cellular hypoxia. Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) is the functional subunit of the HIF-1 transcription factor and plays a central role in regulating cellular adaptive responses to low oxygen tension. HIF-1α orchestrates these adaptive responses by regulating downstream effectors such as vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), which is essential for vascular integrity and metabolic homeostasis.
