Syracuse, N.Y. — Need to pay a bill, dispute a parking ticket or obtain a permit from the city of Syracuse in person, but can’t get there during the day? A new test program may offer a solution. The city next week will launch extended hours for several of its in-person constituent service offices. Starting on July 6, Monday operations will run an additional two hours, until 7 p.m., at the City Payment Center, Municipal Violations Bureau, Department of Assessment and Central Permit Office.
