Solvation-Regulated Fluorinated Gel Polymer Electrolyte for Fast Li + Transport and Interphase Stabilization in Lithium Metal Batteries
1 Introduction The rapid development of emerging fields such as new energy vehicles and smart electronic devices has imposed higher demands on the energy density and safety of lithium-ion batteries [1-3]. Replacing the conventional graphite anode (theoretical specific capacity: 372 mAh g−1) in lithium-ion batteries with a lithium metal anode (theoretical specific capacity: 3860 mAh g−1) enables the achievement of high-energy-density batteries [4-7].

Metabolic activation of LDHA by ERRα represses inflammasome-dependent pyroptosis and promotes ovarian cancer chemoresistance
|
Abstract Chemoresistance remains a major unmet challenge in the clinical management of ovarian cancer. As a metabolism-associated malignancy, the poor prognosis and frequent chemoresistance of ovarian cancer are closely linked to metabolic reprogramming. In this study, we identify estrogen-related receptor α (ERRα) as a key regulator of metabolic plasticity and chemoresistance in ovarian cancer.

Different Immune Cells Modified With Chimeric Antigen Receptors Are Being Applied to Ovarian Cancer: Which Is the Most Effective?
1 Introduction Ovarian Cancer (OC), the eighth most prevalent and deadliest gynecological malignancy [1], characteristically presents with insidious early-stage lesions and non-specific clinical symptoms, often leading to delayed diagnosis. Consequently, patients are often diagnosed at advanced stages, with limited therapeutic options and a poor prognosis [2]. Owing to this “high lethality-low detection rate” clinical profile, OC is presently recognized as a “silent killer”.

Gut Microbial Genetic Variation Prolongs Host Healthy Longevity and Remodels Metabolome and Proteome in Drosophila Melanogaster
1 Introduction The gut microbiota plays a pivotal role in human health and aging, with significant implications for anti-aging research.[1] Exploring the potential of gut microbes in this field holds considerable promise.[2, 3] Previous studies have demonstrated that fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) can improve physiological functions and extend lifespan in mice, suggesting a direct influence of the gut microbiome on aging.[4, 5] However, understanding the precise molecular mechanisms...
Facet Engineering and Fe─N─Co Bridged Heterojunction Enable Fe3O4@C@ZIF67 as High‐Performance Photocatalyst for Ammonia Synthesis
Introduction Ammonia (NH3) synthesis is a cornerstone of fertilizer production, but it traditionally depends on the energy-intensive Haber–Bosch process,[1] which consumes large amounts of fossil fuels and emits substantial CO2. Developing sustainable alternatives for NH3 synthesis is crucial to mitigating environmental impact and meeting the rising global demand for fertilizers.

CAR‐NK, a Splendid Strategy for Cancer, Especially for Gynecologic Tumor
1 Introduction Natural killer (NK) cells, constituting 10%–15% of peripheral blood lymphocytes and defined by the surface markers CD3 − CD56 + , mediate innate immunity through their ability to perform effective immune surveillance and eliminate cancer cells without antigen-specific MHC restriction or prior sensitization. Approximately 90% of circulating NK cells are mature CD56dimCD16bright cells, primarily responsible for mediating cytotoxic immune responses.

Vericiguat versus sacubitril/valsartan for the treatment of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction in China: a cost-utility analysis
Abstract Background PARADIGM-HF and VICTORIA studies have shown that treatment with sacubitril/valsartan or vericiguat could reduce cardiovascular mortality and hospitalisation in the patients with heart failure (HF) with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). However, the cost-utility analysis of adding sacubitril/valsartan or vericiguat to the standard treatment of heart failure in Chinese patients with HFrEF was still unclear.
Does Cognitive Load Influence Moral Judgments? The Role of Action-Omission and Collective Interests
1. Introduction In daily life, people often make choices involving ethical issues. Moral judgments are defined as evaluations (good vs. bad) of the actions or characters of a person that are made with respect to a set of virtues held to be obligatory by a culture or subculture (Haidt, 2001). The study of moral judgments typically employs the moral dilemma paradigm, which distinguishes two moral tendencies: deontology and utilitarianism (e.g., J. Greene et al., 2008).
