UNI‐494 treatment improves measures of renal dysfunction and cardiac pathology in male rats receiving L‐NAME and angiotensin II
Malignant Hepatoblast‐Like Cells Sustain Stemness via IGF2‐Dependent Cholesterol Accumulation in Hepatoblastoma
1 Introduction Hepatoblastoma is the most common malignant liver tumor in children, accounting for up to 70% of pediatric liver cancers.[1] Hepatoblastoma cells are morphologically similar to immature hepatocytes and are believed to originate from hepatoblasts(HB) or embryonic liver progenitor cells.[2] Less differentiated HB, or cancer stem cells, may contribute to tumor aggressiveness and recurrence and have high metastatic ability.

Endogenous Bacterial Endophthalmitis Complicating Hemodialysis Catheter‐Related Sepsis: A Case Report and Review of the Literature
1 Introduction The arteriovenous fistula is widely recognized as the optimal vascular access for maintenance hemodialysis, offering superior longevity, and lower complication rates compared to arteriovenous grafts and central venous catheters [1]. However, central venous catheters continue to serve as vital vascular access options in situations requiring emergency hemodialysis or in cases of native arteriovenous fistula failure.
Tighter listing rules on main boards fuel favour for fledgling BSE
As a crucial component of China’s multi-tiered capital market, the Beijing Stock Exchange (BSE), established in September 2021, is approaching its third anniversary. According to official data, 239 companies with a total market value of RMB449.64 billion (USD62.73 billion) and average price-to-earnings ratio of 24.20 were listed on the BSE by the end of 2023. These figures represent increases of about 48%, 113% and 28%, respectively, from the end of 2022.

Nuclear actin regulates inducible transcription by enhancing RNA polymerase II clustering
Abstract Gene expression in response to stimuli underlies many fundamental processes. However, how transcription is regulated under these scenarios is largely unknown. Here, we find a previously unknown role of nuclear actin in transcriptional regulation. The RNA-seq data reveal that nuclear actin is required for the serum-induced transcriptional program.
