Unfortunately, most patients eventually relapse due to therapy resistance, immune evasion, or waning efficacy [2]. Bispecific antibodies are being developed for relapsed disease, with multiple approved or clinically advanced candidates [3, 4].

Prior studies in the pre-MRI era suggest that patients with NCCN Intermediate and High Risk Grade Group 1 prostate cancer (GG1 PCa) on biopsy have increased risk for adverse oncologic outcomes. However, prostate MRI has altered patient selection for biopsy and improved prostate sampling. Herein, we examined factors associated with adverse pathologic features (APF) at radical prostatectomy (RP) and biochemical recurrence (BCR) among patients with GG1 in the MRI era.

To the Editor, Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a distinct subtype of B-cell lymphoma characterized by overexpression of cyclin D1 [1]. BTK inhibition and CD19-directed chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy have achieved substantial efficacy. However, MCL frequently relapses, due to therapy resistance, immune escape, and failure of adoptive cell therapies [2].

Abstract Resistance to Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitors (BTKi) remains a major therapeutic challenge in B-cell malignancies. Here, we identify chromatin remodeler BRG1-mediated suppression of ferroptosis as a central mechanism of BTKi resistance in mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), in which aberrant BRG1-dependent transcription program protects cells from BTKi-induced ferroptosis by restricting reactive oxygen species (ROS) and labile iron.

A Pilot Study of Ex-vivo High Frequency Ultrasound and Core Needle Biopsy to Improve Clinical Tumor Staging of Cancer of the Bladder.
To evaluate whether high-frequency ultrasound (HF-US) and ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy (CNB) can accurately detect muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) in an ex-vivo setting. In this prospective study, patients undergoing radical cystectomy (RC) for urothelial carcinoma underwent ex-vivo HF-US of the extirpated bladder to assess depth of tumor invasion (ultrasound stage, usT). In a subset, HF-US guided CNB of the opened bladder targeted the deepest region of tumor invasion (cnbT).

Abstract Large language models (LLMs) may support patients by addressing their queries; however, their real-world clinical use remains uncertain. Patients’ queries prospectively collected and answered by nuclear medicine physicians, administrative staffs, and ChatGPT v4.1. Responses evaluated and Likert-scored by medical and administrative experts and two independent non-experts using 15 out of 17 dimensions of the proposed QUEST framework.

Abstract Addition of Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitor (BTKi) to first-line (1 L) bendamustine-rituximab (BR) improved progression-free survival (PFS) in patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) in the SHINE and ECHO trials. We investigated whether sequential treatment with 1 L BR and second-line (2 L) BTKi can result in similar cumulative PFS compared to BR-BTKi combination therapy, using a multicenter cohort of 755 patients treated with 1 L BR between 2014 and 2020.
