Camrelizumab plus chemotherapy as induction therapy followed by concurrent chemoradiotherapy and camrelizumab consolidation in limited-stage small cell lung cancer: a randomized phase II trial
Abstract Definitive chemoradiotherapy followed by immunotherapy consolidation is the current standard of care for limited-stage small cell lung cancer (LS-SCLC). We conducted a randomized phase II trial (ChiCTR2000032275) to evaluate a camrelizumab-based induction–consolidation strategy in previously untreated patients with LS-SCLC.
Low-voltage driven anticounterfeiting textile display based on alternating current electroluminescent fibers
Abstract Wearable textile displays have attracted increasing attention for next-generation information interaction because of their inherent flexibility and skin conformity. However, conventional wearable textile display devices usually require high driving voltages, which pose serious safety risks and greatly limit its practical application in wearable scenarios. Therefore, it is urgent to develop low-voltage-driven textile devices for wearable applications.
Symmetry-cooperative optical-field engineering for ultrabroadband bulk photovoltaic photodetection
|
Abstract The bulk photovoltaic effect (BPVE) enables light-to-electricity conversion without external bias, but its practical reach is constrained by the rapid collapse of photoresponse at low photon energies. Here we show that this limitation can be overcome through cross-scale symmetry cooperation between chiral tellurium nanowires and an asymmetric plasmonic microstructure.

A glutamine metabolism-related gene signature for liver fibrosis prediction integrating single-cell and bulk transcriptomic analysis with multi-cohort validation
Abstract Liver fibrosis is a critical precursor to cirrhosis and liver cancer, yet effective non-invasive predictive tools remain lacking. The role of glutamine metabolism in liver fibrosis has not been systematically investigated. Single-cell analysis revealed predominant enrichment of glutamine metabolism genes in epithelial cells. Using GSE14323, we applied LASSO and SVM algorithms to screen and construct a prognostic risk model. The model was externally validated in three external datasets.

Expert consensus on treatment of condylar hyperplasia and secondary dento-maxillofacial deformities
|
Abstract Condylar hyperplasia (CH), characterized by progressive facial deviation, occlusion disorders, and temporomandibular joint dysfunction, often requires combined temporomandibular joint (TMJ)-orthognathic interventions to reconstruct joint and occlusal functions as well as rebuilding harmonious facial expressions. Managing the dentomaxillofacial deformities secondary to CH involves hyperplastic condylar resection, orthognathic surgery, facial contour surgery and orthodontic treatment.

Somatic mutations distinguish melanocyte subpopulations in human skin
Abstract Here, to understand the homeostatic mechanisms governing melanocytes, we interrogate the mutational landscapes, gene-expression profiles and morphological features of 297 clonal expansions of epidermal melanocytes from 31 donors. We show that a population of melanocytes with low mutation burden persists in sun-exposed epidermis. These cells are smaller, less dendritic, and exhibit stem-like expression profiles when compared to melanocytes carrying high mutation burdens.
