MONROE, La. (KNOE) - The city of Monroe plans to open a warming station in response to forecasted low temperatures expected Sunday. The Warming station will be located at Liller Maddix Marbles Community Center, at 290 Renwick Street. It will open at 10 a.m. Sunday, December 14, 2025, and will remain operational while cold weather conditions persist. The facility will be equipped with cots, Meals Ready-to-Eat (MREs) and water.
